It was a joy for me to attend the Estate Planning & Elder Law Summer Soiree on July 19th at the Brandywine Assisted Living. The speaker for this CEU course was Attorney Andrew L. Jaloza, Esq of Andrew L. Jaloza & Associates LLC. Mr. Jaloza is a dynamic speaker and is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. He was very engaging and funny using humor to describe real life examples of what clients go through trying to navigate estate planning. I found the topic of Medicaid Pooled Income Trust very appealing because it allows seniors to remain eligible for Medicaid and keep their assets or excess income. I will highly recommend this CEU course to fellow social workers and other healthcare professionals.
